  • Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions. Well known with Job portals.
  • Attendance Management, Policy development and documentation, Joining formalities/ HRMS /Documents Management.
  • Employee Life Cycle Management from Hire to Retire, Including Joining Formalities, Leave System, Appraisals, Letter, Exit Complaisance, Employees Engagement & Grievances handling.
 

EDUCATION: Any graduate or post graduate degree

SKILLS: Recruitment,HR Operations,employee engagement, Payroll

EXPERIENCE: 1 Year to 4 Years

SALARY: Rs.18k -30K Per Month (Negotiable)
