Diwali is one of the most awaited festivals in India. It is a five-day long festival celebrated to start new beginnings and the happiness of good over bad. In Education Culture Pvt. Ltd., Diwali is celebrated with immense joy and pleasure. As it is the festival of lights, the office is decorated with colored lights and is filled with a happy environment. 

Diwali is celebrated by organizing various competitions within the departments. Last year, office décor competition was held among different departments. The departments had to compete with one another to win this prize.  The winning department was awarded a cash prize of 3100/-

Such a celebration helps maintain a healthy environment in the organization and keeps the employees motivated. 

Also, the office is decorated with rangoli. It is a part of Diwali celebration and according to tradition, it is said that rangoli brings good luck. The employees of our company are given bonuses or Diwali gifts every year. For us, our employees come first and their requirements are our utmost priority. Apart from Diwali, birthday celebrations, annual employee awards, etc. are also held for motivating the employees and fostering a healthy working culture and environment.
