Here in Education Culture different events are organized for motivating and giving relaxation to employees from day to day work. We understand the needs of employees and hence, we organize different events for them. These events help to provide an easy and stress free atmosphere for working. Birthday Celebration, Training programs, work anniversaries, farewell, annual awards, etc. are some of the events celebrated in Education Culture.  

Work anniversaries are also celebrated to appreciate the employee and the service he or she has provided to the company. Along with this, appreciation certificates are also given to the employee thanking and appraising them for the work and service they have given to the company. 

Birthdays are special to almost everyone, hence, a cake cutting ceremony is done for the employee who is the birthday girl/ guy.A farewell party is given to the employees to celebrate their service and to wish them good luck and success for their future ahead. How can we forget the annual awards? Certificates, trophies, badges, etc. are given to the deserving employees. Everyone’s hard work and efforts are recognized. And those who perform exceptionally well are awarded.
